Welcome to the Madison
Area Community Land Trust
We are a small community land
trust located in the beautiful town of Madison, Wisconsin. We
have been building and renovating permanently affordable
housing since 1991, as well as protecting urban greenspaces
and promoting urban agriculture. We have built two
neighborhoods (Anniversary Court and
Camino del Sol) for low to
moderate income homebuyers, and our third neighborhood
(Troy Gardens) combines
mixed-income cohousing with community gardens, a working
farm, a restored prairie, and an interpretive trail
system.
If you are interesting in purchasing a home, please check out
the For Sale page for the homes we
currently have for sale.
There is lots of information on this website -- as well as on
our companion website www.troygardens.net. And of course, if
you have other questions, please call or email us.
Thanks again for your interest in the Madison Area Community
Land Trust
