This is a very big honor for both MACLT and the Madison community.

Madison Area CLT Executive Director gets LEED AP accreditation:
Taking his first test in a number of years, MACLT Executive Director Greg Rosenberg passes the LEED Accredited Professional exam with flying colors. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the leading green building standard in the U.S., and was developed by the U.S. Green Building Council. This certification significantly enhances MACLT’s ability to raise the bar when it comes to green building, which we try to do with each project that we undertake.

MACLT is in the Wall Street Journal: On June 14th, the Wall Street Journal ran an article about innovative approaches to housing for older adults, and featured MACLT’s Troy Gardens Project.

Troy Gardens is featured in Nation’s Building News: As one of last year’s winners of the Livable Community Award, the National Association of Home Builders has featured Troy Gardens in their publication “Nation’s Building News”. Here’s a link to the article.
